I thought the mulch looked good once it was spread out. To be fair, there were a few chunkier pieces mixed in, but nothing too major or enough to make me regret buying it.

"Order was really late"
I placed my order based on the delivery date they gave me, but once I paid, it felt like the updates basically disappeared. The order finally showed up several days late, and I had to push back my yard work because of it. the whole thing left me not really trusting leaflandscapesupply.com after checkout, and I don’t think I’d order from them again.

"Really professional driver"
I had a delivery from Leaf Landscape Supply and the driver was great, he was polite, called me before he got there, and put everything exactly where I asked him to, there was a small delay but it wasn’t a big deal and overall it was a really good experience.

"Selection was a little underwhelming"
I stopped by Leaf Landscape Supply because my brother had mentioned it when I was working on a small yard project, so I figured I’d check it out. They had some of the basic things you’d expect, but I was hoping for more options and the selection felt limited. A couple of the items I needed weren’t there, so I ended up having to go somewhere else to finish getting everything. It might be fine if you just need common supplies, but for what I was looking for, it was kind of disappointing.

"Ordering was way more hassle than it should’ve been"
I tried to place an order, but ngl the site made it feel way harder than it needed to be. Pages were loading super slow, and I had to go back a couple times because stuff just didn’t save properly.
The cart was kinda confusing too. I couldn’t really tell what was actually in stock or what the delivery options meant until I was basically at the end, which was annoying tbh.
Maybe it works fine for other people, idk, but I ended up giving up. Ordering online should be quick and simple, and this just wasn’t it.

I reached out to Leaf Landscape Supply with a simple order question and then got treated to the full “Customer Service Hide-and-Seek Champions” experience. I called, emailed, and even left a message like some kind of optimistic fool, but days went by with absolutely nothing back.
Maybe their products are great, who knows, but I never got far enough with the “Reply Department, Apparently Closed” to find out. I was trying to plan a yard project and just needed basic info, not a mystery quest, so I ended up going somewhere else.

I went on the site hoping to find some basic info about landscape supplies, but it was more frustrating than it should’ve been. The pages felt really cluttered, and I kept having to click around just to find simple things that should be easy to spot.
Using it on my phone wasn’t much better. A few things loaded slowly, and the menu was confusing enough that I just gave up after a while. I get that websites aren’t always perfect, but it feels fair to expect a site to be reasonably easy to use when people are just trying to find what they need.

"Just didn’t feel dependable"
I tried using them once, it was kind of a mess. The updates came in really slowly, so you end up having to keep checking instead of feeling like things are handled. I wouldn’t really trust them again.

They dropped it right where I asked, which was nice because I had already cleared that spot earlier in the day after moving some stuff around in the driveway. Simple process overall and everything went smoothly

I don’t really get the complaints about pricing. I was able to see the costs upfront, and there weren’t any weird surprises when I checked out. Good overall.

I mean, the color was fine overall, but I did notice the texture seemed to change from one bag to the next. Not a huge deal, I guess, but it did make it feel a little mixed when I was spreading it...

the staff really seemed to know what they were talking about and helped me figure out which mulch to get without making it feel confusing. it did take a little longer than i expected to get loaded up, but overall it was a good visit...

"I accidentally ordered the wrong thing and..."
I accidentally ordered the wrong thing and tried to return it, but the whole process ended up being way more confusing than it needed to be lol. Replies took forever, and even after going back and forth, the issue still didn’t really get sorted. I felt like I had to keep chasing every little step. Probably won’t be ordering from Leaf Landscape Supply again

The whole experience was more confusing than it needed to be. The messages I got weren’t very clear, so I was often left guessing what was happening or what I was supposed to do next. I don’t think it’s too much to expect straightforward updates and simple answers, especially when you’re just trying to stay informed.
